• The laggards were VHM (-0.75 points); VNM (-0.50 points); TCH (-0.10 points); ROS (-0.06 points); PDR (-0.04 point)
• Cash flow was poured in VN30 stocks, especially banking group
• The order matching value of VN-Index today reached VND 3,729.35 billion. The daily trading range was 14.6 points. The market recorded 168 gainers and 116 losers.
• Ending the trading session, VN-Index gained 9.9 points, closing at 998.07 points. In addition, the HNX-Index gained 0.81 points to 113.59 points.
• Foreigners today were net sellers of VND -12.99 billion on HOSE, focusing on HPG (VND -109.1 billion), VNM (VND -69.5 billion) and VIC (VND -60.4 billion). In contrast, they net bought VND 21.4 billion on the HNX.

Market outlook 
All stocks were struggling in the morning but the buying force was overwhelmed in the afternoon session, indicating the market rebounded to 998.07, closing the psychological threshold of 1,000 points. The positive trend of the market after the short-term profit taking yesterday will likely support the market to break 1,000 points and move above this level in the near future. In view of BSC, investors can open positions with good fundamental stocks and high liquidity in the market in the coming time.
