• Foreign investors today sold a net of VND 29.53 billion on HOSE, focusing on HPG (VND 21.63 billion), VJC (VND 20.59 billion) and HDB (VND 14.94 billion). In addition, they sold a net of VND 12.67 billion on HNX.

Market outlook 
The VN-Index dropped slightly in the morning due to the focus of selling on banking - finance codes like VCB, CTG and BVH. In the afternoon session, the rally continued to be improved by the slight increase in buying force in these stocks. From BSC's point of view, the delivery market has yet to show clear signs of increase, liquidity has not improved as the information is not as good as ADB's prediction about the slowdown of the Asian economy, The British Parliament prevented Brexit. Besides, the market is waiting for the results of the US-China trade negotiations to affect the index movement.
